Initial consultations, whether in person or online, last for around 90 minutes, allowing ample time to take a deep dive into your specific health goals and objectives. Building upon the details you outlined in the questionnaire, you'll have the opportunity to elaborate further, clarifying any questions or concerns.
The various factors that may be contributing to or maintaining your current symptoms will be discussed, whilst exploring the root causes and connections between your medical history, lifestyle, current diet and overall wellbeing. This collaborative discussion is key, as it allows for a comprehensive, personalised plan for addressing your health needs and making positive, transformative changes to achieve your optimal health and wellness.
